Story: 

You play as the project manager in a team of indie game developers. It is your responsibility to remind the team when to start and when to stop. Each member has a different burn out rate and can produce at different speeds. You don't really mind, and you also try to inspire your colleagues. 

You have a special communication device that you made for each teammate. It lets you know their current status. So if they are working on something, if they are stressed, or if they are feeling motivated by something you said.

You'll be able to review the status of everyone's tasks. Once all the tasks are completed, then the game will be published! Easy, right?

Just make sure no one loses their sanity trying to make a game.

I think it is a really cool game, but you could maybe add a timer that gives you a higher score for completing the game faster. Currently there is no incentive to go fast. Adding a timer would make managing the game (making multiple people work at the same time / not letting your people burn out) much harder and rewarding!
I also love the music and art that you used.

I like this idea! I was thinking about doing something along the lines near the end, but I wasn't sure if it would balance well. In my next iteration I think I'll use a time mechanic. Maybe doing a calendar with days spent with stats at the end of each day C:

Cool concept, but there really isnt alot to do. I also find it confusing that you cant just hit enter to send the message. But cool simple game

Thanks Barney! The last thing I worked on was the explanation/tutorial :c I initially intended to implement an IRC feature to work out the messages but ended up spending too much time tweaking each monitor's stats. Thanks for playing :)
